The florets are long, and the curd is tight on the substantial heads. The fast, robust growth of this cauliflower make it suitable for spring, summer, and fall harvests. But it's the sweet, nutty flavour and crisp texture that really caught our attention. In side by side taste tests, Mardi was the popular favourite by a large margin. It is recommended as one of the leading varieties for northern gardens.
